OD Manager

Job Description

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for an NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint an Organisational Development Manager, for up to 6 months in the first instance.

The postholder will be responsible for leading on various projects as part of the organisation’s wider People & OD strategy.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Influencing, supporting and delivering various projects as part of the organisation’s overall People & OD strategy;

  • Designing and delivering bespoke team development interventions aimed at enhancing relationships, culture and performance;

  • Developing and embedding culture change interventions at organisational, divisional and team level;

  • Selecting and facilitating psychometric tools and delivering results to individuals and teams through coaching conversations;

  • Supporting cross-organisation and system change transformation and programmes of work.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in the same capacity within in an NHS organisation;

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership and team development programmes to a range of different audiences;

  • Sound knowledge of the OD cycle and the ethics of OD practice;

  • Highly-developed consultancy, reflective and analytical skills;

  • Strong facilitation skills including virtual delivery.
