Emma joined the Finegreen team in September 2020, where she recruits Management to Executive Interim roles within HR & OD, Communications and Finance for the Healthcare Sector, throughout the UK.

She started my recruitment career 20 years ago as a researcher for an Executive Search firm in London, since then her career progressed to leading successful recruitment teams, planning and implementing recruitment solutions within various industries, with a focus on delivering a quality service and customer satisfaction.

Outside of work she is a wife and mum to 3 daughters.  As a family they enjoy football, going to see live music, shopping, eating out and walking their crazy springerdoodle Charlie.
