Location: Hybrid – Remote with 1 day in Hertfordshire Office

We are able to offer an exciting and challenging role for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure that all work undertaken by our staff is clearly identified and carried out under clear lines of accountability.

Mountain Healthcare is the largest provider of Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) services in the UK. A SARC is a specialised medical clinic for children, young people and adults. We partner with the Police and NHS England to ensure public access to expert trauma-informed care 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Mountain Healthcare partners with the Police to provide expert Forensic Healthcare services to custody detainees with diverse needs. The safety and well-being of our patients are our utmost priorities whilst also supporting the criminal justice system.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will bring a forward-thinking approach to sourcing suitable candidates, using cutting edge attraction strategies including online employment forums and use of digital channels. Working with the business to identify future hiring needs and ensure that recruitment is proactive, rather than reactive, encouraging and leading on key business relationships. You will also be the initial escalation point for any issues relating to Recruitment and onboarding.

As a suitable candidate you will ideally hold a CIPD Qualification and have experience in a Senior Talent Acquisition / Recruitment position. You will have previous experience of using social media to drive applicant experience engagement and excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload.
