Issued Pursuant To Section 54 Of The Modern Slavery Act 2015

This policy applies to all individuals working for the Company or on the Company’s behalf in any capacity, including employees, directors, contractors, consultants and business partners.

Our Business, Structure And Supply Chains

Finegreen is a specialist recruitment consultancy, supplying Healthcare professionals to roles throughout the UK. We provide interim, fixed term and permanent candidates into public sector and private healthcare organisations.

Our Policies

The following policies have been adopted for the identification of modern slavery risks:

In order to assess the risk of modern slavery, we use the following processes:

•   Assess potential risk areas when considering taking on new suppliers

•   Regularly review our existing supply chains including any re-audit of current suppliers

•   Protect whistle blowers.

After due consideration, we have not identified any significant risks of modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking in our supply chain. However, we continue to be alert to the potential for problems.

Training

To maintain awareness and ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business our Modern Slavery Policy is included in our Employee Handbook. We provide training to all members of staff as incorporated into our induction programme.
