Medical Recruitment Manager

Job Description

An NHS Trust based in North East London is looking for an interim Medical Recruitment Manager for a period of c3 months. Fully remote is a possibility with some occasional on-site requirement.

Main role responsibilities:

  • Facilitate delivery of the Trust’s Medical Workforce Recruitment Strategy by ensuring the provision of a high quality and cost-effective integrated Medical Recruitment service which is responsive to the needs of managers throughout the Trust;

  • Ensure that the Trust’s Medical Recruitment Policy and Procedures meet the organisation’s strategic needs whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation;

  • Ensure the cost-effective provision of administrative services for all aspects of on-boarding and changes to terms and conditions of services. This includes both for permanent and temporary workers;

  • Manage the medical recruitment of the Medical Workforce Hub as well as all other divisions within the Trust.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Medical recruitment experience is essential;

  • CIPD Level 7 or working towards.
