An opportunity has arisen to work for a London-based NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint a Head of HR, on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role will involve a hybrid working approach and there will also be a permanent opportunity for the right person.
Key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the development and implementation of innovative strategic interventions with demonstrable organisational benefit;Leading and embedding change in the organisation;Managing a professional team to provide all aspects of Operational HR, employee relations, reward strategy and terms & conditions;Developing partnership relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;Championing and improving equalities, diversity and inclusion; Supporting cultural change and building high performing teams.The ideal candidate will have:
