Head of HR

Job Description

An opportunity has arisen to work for a London-based NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint a Head of HR, on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role will involve a hybrid working approach and there will also be a permanent opportunity for the right person.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the development and implementation of innovative strategic interventions with demonstrable organisational benefit;
  • Leading and embedding change in the organisation;
  • Managing a professional team to provide all aspects of Operational HR, employee relations, reward strategy and terms & conditions;
  • Developing partnership relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Championing and improving equalities, diversity and inclusion;
  • Supporting cultural change and building high performing teams.
  • The ideal candidate will have:

  • CIPD qualification;
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a healthcare organisation;
  • Evidence of successfully managing change programmes at this level.
