Deputy Business Partner/Senior Advisor

Job Description

We are working with an NHS organisation in the West Midlands who are seeking to appoint an Interim HR Deputy Business Partner / Advisor, for a short term assignment.

The role will be for 3 months initially and will be at Band 6 / 7 under the CCS NMNC RM6277 framework and renumerated under the NHS Agency capped rates.

Job Purpose

Supporting the delivery of the management of change / TUPE transfer initiative as week as general ER case work.

Key Duties

  • Responsible for supporting and providing oversight of both local workforce related projects within the People Operations department such as TUPE transfers and management of change pieces alongside some standard departmental support such as monthly KPI reporting/board reports, reviews of HR policies and procedures;

  • Provide audit support to assist with areas of concern as identified by the Client;

  • Where appropriate, deputise for People Business Partners at relevant meetings and forums as requested;

  • Maintain HR records systems and provide advice and support within remit to other staff members.

Qualifications and Key Experience

  • CIPD qualified, working towards or demonstrable qualification by experience;

  • HR Experience within the NHS;

  • TUPE Transfer knowledge.
