Estates ERIC Returns Consultant

A High-Profile NHS organisation are looking for an experienced Estates - ERIC Returns Consultant to join their team. The role will be working fully remote for an interim period of 8 + weeks. This is a competitive role, and the rate will vary dependant on experience.

The post holder will establish the position of compliance for all Estates Operations functions against KPI’s, procedures and present periodic reports.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for developing effective business procedures and processes, while ensuring a streamlined delivery of the Estates services;
  • Monitor compliance across the Estates function, actioning remedial work requirements from reports and actively ensuring timely completion;
  • Implement systems to ensure compliance with national standards including CQC, HTM’s & other standards as required;
  • Provide comprehensive Benchmarking Information within agreed timeframes, to include PAM, ERIC and CQC;
  • Evaluate previous ERIC returns to identify the number of sites included in the return;
  • Collate estates operational backlog schedules and weekly reports, presenting the cause and effects with recommendations to address any gaps and improvements needs;
  • Attend on-line ERIC user group to discuss changes to definitions and any areas of concern.
  • The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience within Estates and Facilities in a Healthcare setting;
  • Must have expertise within all matters relating to Compliance, Financial budgeting, and ERIC data analysis;
  • Lead in monitoring the departments compliance with relevant Financial Policies and Procedures, reporting the progress of any corrective actions;
  • An excellent ability to analyse data and create reports.
