Interim Occupational Health Lead

Job Description

Finegreen are currently supporting a large NHS organisation in the appointment of an Occupational Health Lead for a three to six month Interim contract.

The role is to provide oversight and leadership to ensure the quality and viable running of the clinical aspects of the Occupational Health Unit.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and conducting clinical quality audits, clinical training and clinical complaints analysis.

  • Contributing to the success and growth of the Occupational Health Department.

  • Leading a team of OH professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

  • Ensuring clinical service compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards are met and are done so within any economic business restraints.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree or equivalent in Nursing with active NMC Registration.

  • Occupational Health qualification (Degree, Diploma or Certificate)

  • Able to work as an independent & autonomous Senior Occupational Health Practitioner.
