I'm supporting an NHS organisation in London to appoint an Estates Compliance Manager.
The post is for an initial interim period of 6 months with a competitive hourly rate.
The post holder must exhibit strong leadership skills, be conversant with Health and Safety best practices and ACOPS with a strong working knowledge of compliance.
Key responsibilities will include:
Must have strong awareness in the following areas..
O&M reviews
Permits to work
RAMS review
Audit and action log completions
Inductions
Inspections
Statutory/routine and mandatory compliance
Computer literacy and spreadsheets
The ideal candidate will have:
HTM knowledge and/or AP qualified would be advantageous, as would IOSH and NEBOS qualifications.
Good organisational and administrative skills.
