Estates Compliance Manager

Job Description

I'm supporting an NHS organisation in London to appoint an Estates Compliance Manager.

The post is for an initial interim period of 6 months with a competitive hourly rate.

The post holder must exhibit strong leadership skills, be conversant with Health and Safety best practices and ACOPS with a strong working knowledge of compliance.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Must have strong awareness in the following areas..

  • O&M reviews

  • Permits to work

  • RAMS review

  • Audit and action log completions

  • Inductions

  • Inspections

  • Statutory/routine and mandatory compliance

  • Computer literacy and spreadsheets

The ideal candidate will have:

  • HTM knowledge and/or AP qualified would be advantageous, as would IOSH and NEBOS qualifications.

  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
