We are working with an NHS organisation in the West Midlands who are looking to appoint a an experienced CQC Compliance Manager. This role will be for 3 months in the first instance and has a potential to extend with an hourly rate between £25.50 per hour - £34.00 per hour, working inside IR35.
The post holder will be responsible for working directly with the Associate Director of Quality and Governance to coordinate several aspects of the CQC preparation before their first inspection.
Key responsibilities will include:
Lead on all aspects CQC Governance for the organisation, including review and preparation for the next inspection; Robustly monitor Service Improvement Plans around CQC compliance and oversee the collation of evidence;Creating and developing a central log of standards and evidence;Ensure that all services are of a high quality, working effectively and safely with high levels of patient satisfaction;Extensively monitor and develop the Governance data management software for incident reporting, health and safety processes, Care Quality Commission compliance, and risk management.The ideal candidate will have:
Must have experience working within the NHS/a healthcare setting; Expert in all things CQC, ideally someone who has worked within an organisation that needs to improve processes; Clear and concise understanding of core Clinical Governance, relating to Risk, Patient Safety and Clinical Quality;Able to implement changes and support in issuing action plans; Must have outstanding communication skills and data analysis.
