Location – Stockport (some hybrid working)

Salary – c £65,000

Mastercall Healthcare is an award-winning, not for profit, social enterprise organisation providing NHS services accredited by the Social Enterprise Mark. With a turnover of c£17million and over 25 years’ experience in the field, Mastercall provides a range of out of hospital healthcare services across the North West of England. Our CQC rating is ‘Good’, with ‘Outstanding’ for Caring.

We are now seeking to appoint a Head of Finance. Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Finance has senior leadership responsibilities as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and assumes a strategic role in the direction of the company.

The Head of Finance will be responsible for the performance of accounting and finance and has primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company.

This role has direct responsibility for risk management and is accountable for the financial and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial enabling strategy including metrics and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

The postholder will share corporate responsibility with the ELT for delivering safe care to patients, achieving the corporate objectives, promoting a high-performance culture, promoting and living the Mastercall Values.
