​Sean joined Finegreen in March 2022. As the Head of Business Support he is responsible for reviewing the existing processes the Business Support Team have in place and to identify and implement any changes which will help to improve efficiencies and our customer’s journey. Another aspect of his role is the preparation and submission of framework compliance audits.

Before joining Finegreen, Sean spent 8 years working in the accountancy and payroll industry performing various roles, gaining experience working in customer care, account management and as a sales team leader.

Outside of work he enjoys keeping active, playing 5-a-side football every week and as a keen runner he has participated in a number of half marathons (and a full marathon in 2019). He also enjoys attending gigs and watching Manchester United (admittedly not as enjoyable as it once was).
