​Rebecca leads the Finegreen Candidate Management function overseeing the full gambit of an end-to-end candidate experience. Rebecca brings with her over 15 years’ expertise within the healthcare sector including medical devices and biomedical science, supporting in the recruitment and management of a wide variety of positions, from frontline clinical staff to C-suite and senior appointments.

Outside of work Rebecca enjoys travelling, be it to secluded exotic locations like Zanzibar, Singapore and Costa Rica or converted railways stations and aircraft hangers in Ireland and Scotland. Rebecca has a personal goal to learn a new language every year, adding to her current knowledge of Spanish, Greek, Italian and German.
