Joe has over 15 years’ experience recruiting for both public and private sector health and care organisations.
He has established an extensive network of executive and non-executive contacts and has been responsible for managing the high profile appointments of both local and national leaders.
Joe leads on Finegreen’s direct search activities and is professionally trained in a range of interview and assessment methodologies. Over recent years he has led Finegreen’s diversity agenda, making significant advancements to the makeup of our networks and talent pools.
Outside of work Joe enjoys quality time with family, visiting new places and outdoors activities.
