As part of Finegreen’s research team, Lou supports our Search Division by conducting bespoke market mapping exercises, identifying talent pools and developing networks. Lou also supports the delivery of assignments to ensure we deliver an effective and high quality service.

Outside of work Lou enjoys gardening, exercise and spending quality time with family.
