With over 20 years' Generalist Human Resources experience, a Chartered Member of CIPD and Member of IPP, Shirley’s career spans various private sector industries including Professional Services and Manufacturing.
Her key strengths and successes are within policies & procedures, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, employee benefits and payroll.
Supporting the Finegreen team Shirley will be developing internal processes to enhance our already implemented policies and procedures primarily focussing on employee development, recruitment and quality.
In her spare time Shirley enjoys spending time socialising with her family and friends. She particularly enjoys the theatre, eating out and most of all spending quality time with her grandsons.
