Personal Assistant - Estates & Facilities Department

Job Description

We are working with an Acute NHS Trust based in London who are looking to appoint a Personal Assistant to work within the Estates and Facilities Department.

The post will be working on an interim basis for 4 months initially with an hourly rate between £21.15 - £25.61, working inside IR35 (through an umbrella solution company).

The post holder will support senior management in day-to-day administration duties and offer excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

Act as first point of contact for Senior management, screening calls, emails, and other communications appropriately;

Undertake complex diary management;

Prioritisation and actioning of work within required deadlines;

Taking minutes and follow up actions from meetings;

Draft emails, letters, reports, presentations, and other documents / communications;

Proof-read and correct documents ensuring they are error free and presented to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience within the NHS/ a healthcare setting;

Experience of working at a similar level;

Formal and high-level minute taking skills with the ability to transcribe;

Experience of working with Senior Managers;

Good level of IT literacy skills. – Microsoft Outlook, Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels using email, telephone, or face to face. Working in a team, flexible and self-motivated.
