We are working with an NHS Trust who are seeking to appoint an Interim Business Manager to work within the Medical specialties division. The role is on an interim basis of 3 months initially with potential for hybrid working.
This is an interim role that falls under the Workforce Alliance Framework and should be expected to be remunerated at c£290 per day.
Key responsibilities will include:
Prepare and produce concise yet insightful communications for dissemination to senior stakeholders and a broad range of stakeholders as required;
Analyse very complex issues where material is conflicting and drawn from multiple sources;
Oversee team members to deliver requirements;
Oversee the administrative functions within the workstream;
Work closely with colleagues across the wider health sector, on a range of business sensitive issues;
Co-ordinate the workstreams business planning functions;
Engage and work effectively with key policy leads across all key working relationships, to address inter-dependencies and ensure alignment.
The ideal candidate will have:
Degree educated or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar management level.
Previous management experience within and Acute NHS provider setting ;
Experience creating strategic/operational reports at a very high level.
