Interim Administrator

Job Description

We are working with an NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint an Interim Administrator for a short term 12 week assignment initially.

The role will start ASAP and be at Band 5 under AfC and the NHS Agency Caps c£150-c£160 pd.

The role will be mainly onsite and is based in the East of England (Suffolk).

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Work across the team providing support to the team, including clinical and other administrative staff and those working lower banded posts;

  • Provide support to coordinate and arrange professional meetings for the Team as required, taking appropriate minutes, attend meetings appropriate to the post;

  • Provide administration support to senior staff;

  • Contribute to the selection and recruitment of administrative staff;

  • Actively support clinical staff to manage service development and quality assurance;

  • To update administrative policies and procedures and contribute to unit policies and procedures;

  • To contribute to the development of systems and processes including admin aspects of Systmone, ESR and managerial performance reports;

  • Ensuring that all information is entered on Trust systems in a timely manner;

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven expertise working within a similar role and in a healthcare setting;

  • Experience working within fast paced and challenging environments;

  • Administrative experience and a proven track record of delivery.
