HR Business Partner

Job Description

A new opportunity has arisen to work for an NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint an Interim HR Business Partner.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing professional leadership and development ensuring that strategies and operational plans are achieved in line with timelines and performance metrics;

  • Providing strategic professional workforce support across the whole remit of people issues;

  • Ensuring senior leaders are supported and equipped with the skills, confidence and expertise to lead their teams effectively;

  • Developing and monitoring workforce plans that support the delivery of strategic objectives both internal and external to the organisation;

  • Creating and implementing plans to improve people management and leadership capability;

  • Working with managers to develop and implement plans to improve workforce performance and productivity;

  • Ensuring the analysis and monitoring of workforce statistics to identify areas where improvements could be made and formulating work programmes to address these areas;

  • Providing highly specialist employment law advice for all staff groups.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • CIPD qualification;

  • Specialist HR experience in performance management, business planning, developing strategy, or workforce planning;

  • Up-to-date knowledge of current NHS operational and workforce issues;

  • Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills.
