An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for a Yorkshire-based NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint a Head of Workforce Planning, for up to 3 months in the first instance.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading on the effective use of all workforce related systems, digital solutions, data reporting and analysis, and the continued development of the organisation’s planning process;
Supporting senior leadership in the delivery of the Board’s Workforce Strategy, through engaging approaches and methodologies that underpin the creation of an organisational culture that embeds effective ways of working and positive behaviours;
Developing and maturing key performance data ensuring that these are mapped as an accessible portal for managers and staff to utilise in making informed decisions in relation to workforce performance and planning;
Influencing regional and national initiatives with a clear focus on performance outcomes and value for money service developments.
The ideal candidate will have:
Workforce planning and systems knowledge and experience at a senior level within the NHS;
Ability to conduct data mining;
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
