An opportunity has arisen to work for an NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint a Head of HR. Fully remote working will be supported.
Key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the development and implementation of innovative strategic interventions with demonstrable organisational benefit;
Leading and managing the HR and recruitment teams;
Effectively managing the HR team to provide all aspects of Operational HR, including Pay & Contracts, Sickness Absence management, Workforce Information, HR Systems Administration, Health and Wellbeing, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Training and Management;
Developing partnership relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
Championing and improving equalities, diversity and inclusion.
The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrable experience in the NHS in a senior management capacity;
Expertise in HR, Workforce Information and Recruitment activity;
Evidence of developing strategies and complex reports;
Experience in managing national and local data information systems.
