Employee Relations Caseworker

Job Description

We are supporting an Education organisation in the West Yorkshire region to recruit an interim to support on employee relations casework.

Main role responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of employee relations issues including complex cases

  • Provide expert advice, support to key stakeholders

  • Provide policy and process training to stakeholders where appropriate

  • Conduct investigations where required

  • Attendance of disciplinaries where necessary

Essential skills and experience:

  •  Associate CIPD Status or equivalent by experienc

  • Demonstrable experience of employee relations caseload cases;

  • Desirable experience within a Higher Education environment;
