Leeds Community Healthcare (LCH) have an exciting opportunity to join our Trust, as Deputy Director of Finance, a role which will provide operational leadership to our Finance, Contracting and Procurement functions. Reporting to, and deputising for the Executive Director of Finance and Resources, the post would be well suited to an experienced finance leader and aspirant Director of Finance/ Chief Finance Officer.

Our Finance Team is highly regarded for its work ethic, flexibility, delivery against deadlines and, most of all, for the insightful support and advice we provide to colleagues. As our Deputy Director of Finance, you will be key in maintaining and advancing these standards and reputation. You will be at the centre of the development of LCH’s new collaborative financial arrangements across Leeds.

We are looking for someone who can bring experience of leading and developing a high performing finance function. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to present complex issues to a wide range of audiences, managerial, clinical, non-executive and other stakeholders. You will be able to lead, motivate and inspire others with an ability to establish good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

In addition to your professional knowledge and experience, you will also be a role model for openness and inclusion, encourage innovative thinking in others, with personal integrity and demonstrate commitment to the values and principles of public service.

Though more than 3000 committed colleagues, LCH provides a range of community-based health services across the whole city, and some specialist services across Yorkshire and the Humber.
