Corporate Affairs Administrator / Executive Assistant

Job Description

We are working with an NHS organisation in London who are looking to appoint a Corporate Affairs Administrator / Executive Assistant working on an interim basis for 3 months initially.

The role will require onsite working with little opportunity for remote.

The hourly rate will be £29.97 per hour per hour, working Inside IR35.

The post holder will provide effective administration support to the Corporate  Governance team, Executive Assistant and the Group Chief Corporate Affairs Officer.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of all diaries and scheduling arrangements, including circulating dates and Teams links for Board, Board Committees, and Executive meetings;

  • Ensure that all meetings and relevant papers are uploaded to the organisation’s meeting management systems;

  • Able to take accurate and detailed minutes from meetings;

  • Support development of annual schedule of meetings;

  • Inbox management, taking calls and messages with the ability to action in a professional manner;

  • Undertake an additional duties required by senior management.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working within the NHS/ a healthcare setting;

  • Able to demonstrate excellent administration skills and knowledge of NHS procedures;

  • Able to take detailed minutes, set follow up actions and complete within a timely manner;  

  • Excellent organisational skills, planning board level diaries;

  • The ability to support work project work between organisation's;

  • Strong communications skills.
