Corporate Governance Administrator

Job Description

We are working with an NHS organisation in London who are looking to appoint a Corporate Governance Administrator. This role will be for 5 months with an hourly rate between £19.26 per hour - £24.82 per hour, working inside IR35 (through an umbrella solution company).

The post holder will effectively support the team with all diaries and scheduling arrangements, including circulating dates and MS Teams links for Board, Board Committees, and Executive meetings.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative and logistical support to Board and Board Committees;
  • Support delivery of key projects in Corporate Governance team;
  • Ensure that all meetings and relevant papers are uploaded to the organisation’s meeting management systems;
  • Able to take accurate and detailed minutes from meetings;
  • Provide cover to the Corporate Governance Officer;
  • Support development of annual schedule of meetings;
  • Update corporate governance pages of the website and intranet;
  • Executive Assistant support to the Group Chief Corporate Affairs Officer;
  • Work in accordance with the organisations Equality and Diversity policy to eliminate unlawful
  • discrimination in relation to employment and service delivery.
  • The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working within the NHS/ a healthcare setting;
  • Able to demonstrate excellent administration skills and knowledge of NHS procedures;
  • Minute taking;
  • Excellent organisational skills, planning board level diaries;
  • The ability to support work project work between organisations;
  • Strong communications skills.
