Compliance Support Coordinator - Remote Working

Finegreen are supporting an NHS organisation with an exciting opportunity as a Compliance Support Coordinator.

The role is fully remote working, working on an interim period of 3 months, with an hourly rate of £21.21 Inside IR35, through an Umbrella Solution.

The post holder will report to the Director of Nursing, Allied Health Professions and Quality and ensure a high functioning and outstanding health and social care compliance coordination process.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide support in keeping the organisation Statement of Purpose up to date, submission of notifications and keeping track of new guidance and communication from the CQC;

  • Monitor, administer and gather information in order to best support the response to individual CQC enquires;

  • Collaborate with clinical colleagues and relevant senior directorate colleagues in order to collate and send agreed responses;

  • Oversee timely availability of data and information required to support ongoing CQC compliance activities;

  • Support Directorates with their self-assessment process, encouraging consistency of approach and methods used across Directorates;

  • Ensure that there is an overview of all documents required and that this is kept up to date;

  • Support maintenance of the Quality statement, keeping this relevant and up to date;

  • In conjunction with relevant Directorate senior colleagues, set agendas for any CQC meetings in line with the cycle/programme of business;

  • Ensure relevant action plans are up to date, progressing to timely completion and recorded in a format which enables accurate and regular reporting;

  • Collating evidence of implementation/completion, including scrutiny of evidence to ensure these are fit for purpose.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience;

  • Prior exposure to the demands of working in a complex, fast evolving organisation;

  • Evidence of working in an environment which has required independent workload management and the ability to prioritise/manage complex issues;

  • Excellent IT skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of databases);

  • Advanced knowledge of Word Processing.
