An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for an NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint a Communications and Engagement Lead, to develop and implement a communications and engagement strategy for the EPR programme.
Key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing a communications and engagement strategy for the EPR Programme, as part of a wider digital Transformation programme;
Working closely with the internal EPR Programme project teams to coordinate an effective communications and engagement approach, and to build a best practice model;
Co-ordinating the delivery of engagement activity, using a range of communication and engagement methods to involve all stakeholder groups;
Developing and maintaining an accurate stakeholder engagement record, which can be used as a basis to develop targeted communications;
Providing leadership and advice for communications and engagement activities, managing the planning, coordination and facilitation of campaigns, events and roadshows;
Working with external communications agencies and graphic design teams in the production of effective communication campaigns and other communication events;
Leading on the production of a range of communication and engagement materials, briefings and summaries.
The ideal candidate will have:
Significant proven experience at a senior level in a communications or public relations function within an NHS organisation;
Substantial experience working at a senior level on PAS/EPR implementations.
