Camden Heath Partners (CHP) is an organisation that works closely with General Practice, Primary Care Networks, Integrated Care Systems and other health and care partners in Camden and wider system of North Central London. They are both a supportive community, direct services provider and an innovator enabling change. Over the past 10 years or so, CHP have established strong networks of individuals, professionals and partners who share their vision. Together they have secured funding to provide high quality services for patients and transformational projects to support the people who care for them.

This is an exciting time to be part of CHP. The role of Chief Executive offers the opportunity to maximise on the transformation that has already begun through the current five-year strategic plan and really shape CHP’s vision of the world they want to create, through the articulation of an updated strategy for 2022 onwards. CHP are looking for a Chief Executive who will take them on the next stage of their journey as they seek to grow their influence even further.

As their primary care networks continue to accelerate rapidly with integrated care, CHP are looking for an inspirational and empathetic senior leader who understands the challenges of leading an organisation through change and growth, and brings the skills and ability to inspire their committed staff and volunteers.

Working in partnership with The Chair, you will provide strategic leadership and management to the whole organisation with an emphasis on high quality patient care, and efficient and effective use of resources. You will be adept at establishing and fostering strong relationships, acting as the confident figurehead for the organisation and will be a powerful ambassador within the local Integrated Care System, Camden, the media, social media and the public to ensure their profile remains in the spotlight.

With an entrepreneurial approach you will understand how to develop and sustain income and will establish credibility quickly with key commissioners. CHP are looking for someone strategic and creative to conceive and establish collaborations with other organisations, that will advance the interests of CHP and their membership.

CHP recognises that diversity is a cultural ethos – a way of thinking or acting that fosters inclusion

and enhances their staff, membership, volunteers and work. Embracing this culture of diversity, the Chief Executive recruitment shall reflect CHP’s stakeholders and the society that we serve regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, physical abilities, or religious practices.

If you feel that you have the right blend of skills, experience and empathy to create lasting change, we look forward to hearing from you.
