Capital Projects Administration Assistant

Finegreen are working with a large NHS organisation based in the Northwest in the recruitment of an Estates and Facilities - Capital Projects Administrative Assistant.

The post will be working in the Northwest – on site working will be required for a period of 12 months. The salary will be between £22,549 - £24,882 pa dependent on experience.

The post holder will be responsible for providing general administration support and secretarial services to the Estates Capital Project Managers to enable them to carry out their roles effectively.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with telephone & email enquiries, taking, and passing on messages and drawing these to the attention of the relevant person or team promptly;

  • General office administration, managing electronic filing systems;

  • Raise orders at the request of Estates Capital Project Managers;

  • Organising meetings, preparing agendas, printing, and typing of minutes;

  • Diary management for Estates Capital Project Managers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working within the NHS/ a healthcare environment;

  • Expertise within administration and HR functions;

  • Excellent IT skills;

  • Great communication skills with the ability to work quickly and provide reports/updates;

  • Able to solve problems quickly and effectively.
